Focus Camp: July 27-August 7

Save time and money with FOCUS Camp, an intensive 10-day refresher of math, reading and writing skills designed to help you improve your TSIA test scores.

As part of FOCUS Camp, you’ll also get personal academic advising for Fall 2015, become familiar with the Texarkana College
campus, and meet TC students, faculty and staff.

COST TO STUDENT

$120 includes tuition and TSIA test. Students must pay out of pocket for the course.

HOW TO ENROLL

1. Visit with TC’s Enrollment Services and enroll in the FOCUS Camp.
2. Pay for the camp at TC’s student account window.

WHAT IS THE TSIA TEST?

As of August 2013, students entering a Texas institution of higher education who have not met college ready standards by means of other testing (TAKS, EOC, ACT, SAT) must take the TSIA for placement into adult basic education, developmental education or college-ready courses.
