- Students will learn medical knowledge, organizational and business skills, and the ability to meet accepted performance standards of health care workers.
- Complete documentation for preauthorization of tests or surgeries.
- Scheduling of patients, written correspondence, dictation, managing chart notes, maintaining patient digital records (EMR) systems, inventory of medical office supplies, oversee the reception room,
