TC’s annual Spring Fling will be held on Tuesday, April 23 from 11AM-1PM in the field between the Nelson Admin Building and BCT. We will have games, prizes, vendor booths, candy, music, t-shirts (for those registered for fall 2024 classes), and FREE FOOD!

This is high energy weight resistance class for a total body workout using light weights and high repetitions. All fitness levels welcome. Our instructor Valerie Tatum-has her Personal Training Certification through ISSA and has her Group Exercise Certification through AFAA. This class meets Monday and Wednesday Mornings at 5:10-6am for six weeks!
