French Bistro Faves: French Onion Soup

Join Chefs Tyler and Donna Standridge in learning this decadent French Bistro classic! French Onion Soup is the perfect wintertime staple. In this course, you will learn how to properly caramelize onions and simmer your broth to delicious depths of flavor, as well as a little fun history! You will be partnering up with a classmate for this course.

***Please bring your enameled Dutch Oven (not the camping kind) if you have one, as well as a container to take home leftovers in. If you do not have a Dutch Oven that is not a problem.
