Net Price Calculator

The Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board provides a Net Price Calculator webpage to allow the general public the ability to access an estimated net price information for the institution they attend or plan to attend based on the user’s individual circumstances.

The calculator is intended to provide estimated net price information (defined as estimated cost of attendance minus estimated grant and scholarship aid) to current and prospective students and their families based on what similar students paid in a previous year. The calculation of the estimated net cost of attendance is for a first-time entering full-time student on this website.

In order to determine eligibility and receive an actual award that includes Federal and state grants, loans, work-study or other types of financial aid assistance, students must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). For more information on applying for Federal student aid, go to https://studentaid.gov/. For individuals that are ineligible to complete the FAFSA, an alternative form called the Texas Application for State Financial Aid (TASFA) is available.

Financial Aid “Cost of Attendance” Budget

The estimated cost of attendance for a student attending Texarkana College full-time for an entire school year (12 credit hours or more in the Fall and Spring semester). Please note that it is only an informed cost estimate – not a bill – and includes costs of things indirectly related to college attendance but that are not directly billed by Texarkana College (ex. “Food and Housing”, “Transportation”, etc.). Your actual costs to attend college will also vary depending on how many classes you sign up for, specific course fees, which tuition bracket your residency status places you in, and other factors.
