TC Offers Forklift Operator Training for Free for Local Employers Thanks to Texas Mutual Insurance Grant

Texarkana College’s TC@TexAmericas Center site in New Boston, Texas, (Exit 206; Spur 86 off I-30 & Hwy 82) will offer an 8-hour Forklift Operator Training course for area Texas businesses and industries with classes available on August 13 and 14. Thanks to a grant from Texas Mutual Insurance, these courses will be offered free of charge. The Forklift Operator Training course has a limited number of seats available—on Aug. 13, two seats are available, and on Aug. 14, six seats are available.

Texas businesses pay no tuition or fees for their employees to attend this course. The instructor will be James W. Holt from the Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service.
