In this class you will learn about baking the perfect cake and how to make decorator Icing. You will also learn about the three pillars of cake decorating, as well as how to use couplers, types of decorating bags and how to fill them. Several decorating techniques, including the Wilton Rose, different uses for different types of tips including petal tip, open and closed star tips, round tips, borders and more will be taught. Class meets on Tuesday nights from 6-8 p.m. for 4 weeks
